Hello, my name is Raquel—owner and Food Artist at Maddie Mae’s. For as long as I can remember, preparing and creating food has been my true love language. I’ve always believed that beautifully crafted meals have the power to bring people together, spark joy, and create unforgettable moments.

Maddie Mae’s was created in honor of my late 3-year-old niece, Maddie Mae, whose bright spirit continues to inspire everything I do. This business is not just a culinary venture—it’s a heartfelt tribute. Through every dish I prepare and every experience I create, I carry her name forward with love, pride, and purpose.
